As the curtain draws to a close, here I would like to say a big thank you to my lecturer, DR.TEOH for her patience and guidance throughout the duration of this module. An applause of appreciation also goes to my fellow coursemates of EDU 7701A2 whom possesses a kindred spirit to assist each other in our mutual quest.
This is actually just the beginning of my venture towards upgrading self in the arena of academia :)
Ta ta for now...

Revision
For the final test which was done last Saturday, 22 December 2012, I did my revision using the online resource in Fraenkel, J.R.. & Wallen, N.E. (2012). How to design and evaluate research in education (8th ed). Boston: McGrawHill.
Data Instrumentation
After my completion of my research proposal and after the final test in EDU 702 class last Saturday, my coursemates told me that it'll be good if we could submit our work along with a sample of data instruments that we are thinking of using.
I thought to myself that it didn't click my mind that the research proposal should be accompanied by this important aspect. So here is the link to samples of questionnaires and interview questions that I am proposing to use for my research proposal - http://www.4shared.com/office/imNpVEX7/Appendixes_for_Research_Propos.html

Chapter 2
It was a struggle and a lot of late nights to complete my research proposal. It is something which I have not quite done before. On top of that, writing is really a daunting task. I guess what I'm feeling when I completed it last week was something of a relief but I know it is not really up to my own benchmark as yet.
Anyways, this I take as a learning curve in my quest to earn my postgrad qualification. Wish me all the best in this challenging endeavour :).
With this, I would like to have you to view the chapter 2 of my research proposal....which at this moment is in the complete status....However, I'll see whether it should be maintained as WIP...aka Work In Progress in the next 1 year from now!

Group Presentation
My group was given the task to present on Interviews, Checklist and Observation.

Musings
I always knew that continuing with my studies would involve lots of sacrifices. These sacrifices are mainly centered around family, work and time for self. That's what I told myself repeatedly upon registering for this Masters prog.
Then, realisation hits me like a tidal wave. What I have prepared myself mentally is just a joke. I was nowhere near ready! What a laugh!
Things at work were crazy.....Paper correction, exams, KPI related task.....then came the real thing....my Masters' readings...presentations...assignments that come in many forms; case study, term paper, reaction paper, RESEARCH PROPOSAL......YUP...realisation has set in and I AM NOT PREPARED...
OH DEAR!!!
